If you are considering LED curing technology in an existing or a new line our engineers will be happy to advise you on the best set-up for your needs.
Existing line
If you have a well functioning line that uses standard UV curing lamps, but would like to take advantage of the benefits on offer from LED curing technology, our experienced engineers can assist you with calculating the best options for switching UV lamps to LED units. They will take into account such things as product flow dynamics and finishing requirements, to provide a complete blueprint.
LED units can replace standard UV curing lamps in almost any position in a line, in both clear and pigmented systems. It is even possible to replace some of the UV lamps with LED units in a production line.
New line
Based on our experience from production line design we can develop a complete solution around any wood substrate that needs finishing. This includes production line design, i.e. sanding, application, drying/curing, product flow dynamics and optimization.
We are with you all the way throughout the project, from planning and testing to production start-up. What’s more, our technical centres are at your disposal for testing out new solutions and verifying new line layouts.
And, once your line is up and running, you can count on our technical support for any coating issue that may arise.
